Each block is 256 pixels in size. Accordingly, it makes sense to set 256 pixels per unit, but perhaps for specific cases you should set a different scale, it depends on the task I think
Hello! This is the original project file in Adobe Illustrator. If you have this application, then you can conveniently edit assets to suit your needs. Perhaps there are other programs that work with this format, I'm not sure

Sorry, never worked with godot before :( I think there should be tutorials on how to work with sprites.
